The Return Of Strung Out!

One of my favourite bands Strung Out returned recently and blew the small but loyal Christchurch crowd away. The itch to pick up the guitar and find some time to jam again was definitely re-ignited. I was lucky enough to capture these shots from varying locations of the moshpit; quite a mission getting thrown around with an SLR camera in one hand and a flash in the other, possibly stupid… but great fun.

… and Jono’s bonus massage feature!

Jono from the support act None Left Standing thought he’s instantly establish himself as a professional massage therapist, and treat Jake and Chris to his hands of gold in order to entice them to come back; we’ll see in a couple years if it paid off…
