Visiting from New York, Carmin & Michael travelled halfway around the world to Wanaka for their Coromandel Peak Heli elopement. Opting for getting ready together at a local AirBNB, it set us up for a beautifully relaxed afternoon, filled with laughs and the occasional tear. Once landed at Coromandel peak, we were greeted with a couple of sheep (classic New Zealand cameo), then Carmin & Michael shared their vows on the mountain top, overlooking Lake Wanaka. Second stop on the agenda was Lochnagar, a stunning alpine lake tucked way out in the back country. This place never ceases to blow me away. Here’s how it all went…
