Eithne & Philippe / Banks Peninsula Wedding

Recently I had the pleasure of photographing Eithne & Philippe’s beautiful Banks Peninsula wedding. Held at Hinewai Reserve, our setting was among native bush with sweeping hills providing a picturesque backdrop. Even the drive out reminded us why we love this country so much. In complete DIY form, Eithne & Philippe exchanged their vows under their hand made archway. Taking in the sea breeze, set on the edge of the cliff. Looking out to the ocean while guests were seated together on wooden benches. Once we had filled our bucket with golden sunset photos from the hilltops, we headed back. Guests had pulled together to cook for the reception meal, before partying the evening away with an overnight camp. There was a definite feeling at this Banks Peninsula wedding that I loved.
