When remotely organising a Queenstown wedding, there are so many variables — with logistics and weather all playing a role either with or against your day. Victoria & Mark scored it pretty much perfect on their spring day, warm weather, sun out and an awesome atmosphere among their family and friends. We captured a couple of firsts as well, one being the first time I’ve caught a groom actually tripping over while swinging his brand new wife around on a mountain top, and the other with total confidence climbing a tree in a wedding dress. They held their Queenstown wedding straight after a good snowfall and the temperatures barely got over 3ºC. Their intimate ceremony was tucked away in the historic Thurlby Domain, followed by a venture about the Crown Range with a signature Queenstown sunset, then warming up again at Postmasters in Arrowtown. An incredible day all round!
