Anywhere in the Mackenzie region sets an amazing prospect for a wedding. However, there is one special venue. Tucked behind the pines, positioned in the heart of Lake Pukaki. Even complete with views straight up to Aoraki / Mt Cook. Elly & Artem made their way to Lake Pukaki for their epic Mt Cook Lakeside Retreat wedding. Settling for nothing less than the clearest and calmest day summer has to offer, they celebrated with their family and friends. The we were on for a road trip towards Mt Cook, stopping at any incredible photo location along the way. The light danced while Elly’s dress flowed through the grass. Chasing the light back to the Mt Cook Lakeside Retreat, we caught sunset for the first dance. Honestly one of the best outdoor dances I’ve seen. Thank you.
